Step by Step


1. Navigate to your Team Portal

2. Click here on the Settings Wheel

3. Click here on Portal Documents

4. Click and select the File you want to change Visibility Settings for.

5. Click here on "Action" to change the document you selected

6. Click here on "VISIBILITY"

7. Click "OK"

8. Click and select the Group(s) that should have access to view the Document.

9. You can select 1 or more Groups

10. When you are finished Click "SAVE"
