Creating and Publishing a Practice/ Event

Creating and Publishing a Practice/ Event

1. Click the calendar icon at the bottom.

2. Click the date where you want to create an event.

3. Click "Add Event".

4. Click and add the "Event Name".

5. Type "P [[CapsLock]] ractice"

6. Click "Personal" or if it is for everyone in the "Portal".

7. Check all boxes of groups who need to see the event.

8. Click and fill in "Start" date and time.

9. Click and fill in "End" date and time.

10. Click "Event Type" dropdown and choose an option.

11. Click "Practice"

12. Click "OK"

13. Click the "Location" field.

14. Click "PUBLISH EVENT"
